Overview Of TMD OpenCart Product Inquiry Form Module
This extension is a communication tool between the customer and the site administrator. On the product page, the customers can send an administrator request by this module, and the site administrator will receive an email that contains the detail.
The main Feature of This Module is products that have 0 (zero) price or stock is 0. Add to cart button can be hidden. And show the 'Inquiry Now' button. A pre-defined email template and a list of inquiries will be present. Make fields required, hide, and show.
Get Product Inquiry Email And Reply Through Admin
Customers can submit the inquiry form asking for information about the product. In the admin, there is a list of inquiries made by customers. Admin can write the answers and reply from there to the customer's email. There is a filter present, admin can filter with the product name and other things.
OpenCart product inquiry form extension helps admin to maintain a record of inquiries list made from the product page. This further helps the admin to make stock-related decisions.
1. Inquiry Reply Email Template
In the setting, the admin has the option to make a reply template with a shortcode. This reply email is used when the admin wants to send a reply to a customer inquiry for the product. Shortcodes are defined, converting the various information like customer inquiry info, admin email, reply submit, and more. It adds convenience for the admin.
2. List of Customer's Inquiry
Admin can view the list of inquiry list anytime and reply to the email. The filter has three options Product name, customer email, and customer name. It will give an admin a new way to look at which product has more no. of inquiry. There is status YES/NO present in the list. It indicates whether the admin replied to the customer yet or not. It changes status accordingly. The inquiry list consists of

Decide Where Inquiry Form On Product Page
There is a powerful yet simple setting interface in this module. It let the admin set either product inquiry form button will display when the price is not set or 0, product stock has gone out of stock. Either show or hide the Add to cart button on the product when the inquiry form button is enabled.
There is also a product selection present. Product search is the same as default, selected products will have an inquiry form button. And other product pages will not show it. Do not select any product, if the admin wants to show it on all the products page.
Make the fields required in the form. It forces the customer to enter information. There is also a show and hide the individual field. Inquiry forms can be displayed at various locations, like the display form in the popup.
