Usage
1. copy all file in your OpenCart store
2. Go to the administration panel
3. Click system > Users Group > Top Administrator > Edit >
Access Permission & Modify Permission > Select All.
4. Click Extensions > Module > Contact Us: TMD > Edit > Add module. And select options that you want.
