TMD Software Pvt. Ltd. will provide 6 months of free support from the date of purchase to every module and theme. The support will be available through the support ticket system Support only includes bug fixing of our modules and themes. 

The support is valid for one domain only. Installing the modules and themes on more than one domain makes your support terminate. 

What Support Fee Will NOT Include?

Support will be given on existing issues like something that is not working as described in the module demo or documentation.

Support will not include any technical explanation of the source code as the modules or themes. We develop them as per their platform standards.

If you find any issues or bugs that are not related to our module and themes then no support will be given. 

Support will be provided on the support ticket system. You must send all the necessary details like admin access / FTP access / Database Access etc.

Giving support on Screensharing software makes the issue complex. Hence no screen sharing is allowed. You must share the access to get the support.

Making a voice call or phone call to get support is impossible.

If you encounter any issues after the support period. You must renew the support period to get the support. Else No support will be given after the support period end.

The right and license to use and incorporate the software, in whole or in part, to develop its website/ mobile app (including the integration of all or part of the Licensor’s software into the Licensee's own software) on one domain only, including only one instance support, solely for the own personal or business use of the Licensee. However, the License does not authorize the Licensee to compile, copy or distribute the said Software or its Derivative Works.
