Usage
---------------------
1. Go to Administration Panel
2. System > Users > User Group > Top Administrator Edit > module/featuredcategory select from Access Permission: and Modify Permission.
3. Go Extensions > Category List > Edit Add Category those you want to display.
4. Set Limit,Image (W x H) and Resize Type, Layout, Position, Status and Sort order.
